It features an ergonomic grip and a streamlined appearance with a 5 1/2″ throat capacity. Compatible with 3/8″, 1/2″, and 5/8″ staples, it should be operated with an Air Compressor set between 70-85 psi. Specifically designed for use with Kihlberg JK777 staples in sizes 3/8″, 1/2″, and 5/8″.

The 777L model is a pneumatic plier stapler distinguished by its extended magazine which protrudes 6” beyond the tool’s body, providing nearly twice the staple capacity for reduced reloading frequency.

This stapler is ideal for various packaging tasks, such as assembling different types of cartons and containers, including those with recessed ends or double ends, as well as securing pallet lids, corrugated trays, fiber drums, bags, and more. Primarily intended for corrugated box assembly, it accommodates the 777 series “wide ribbon” staples in 3/8″, 1/2″, and 5/8″ sizes from the Josef Kihlberg brand, crafted in Sweden and comparable to the Salco SP50-777 model. A standard magazine variant is also offered.

The lightweight 777L air plier stapler is built for strenuous tasks, featuring a broad mouth opening and deep throat. It facilitates easy, rapid loading and uses 12 mm (1/2″) crown “wide ribbon” staples in three different leg lengths for versatile application.

Duo-Fast 1100 series staples are Interchangeable with JK 777 series staples.
